Order Processing:
Your local shop owner will typically process your order within 1-2 business hours. You'll receive a notification once it's ready for dispatch.
Local Delivery:
Deliveries are handled by the shop's trusted local delivery methods or kyaalo's network of riders, ensuring your items reach you swiftly within your locality. Most deliveries are completed within a few hours of dispatch, depending on your distance from the shop.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping fees, if any, are set by individual shop owners and may vary based on distance and order size. Any applicable costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. Keep an eye out, as some shops may offer free local delivery!
Tracking Your Order:
You'll receive updates from the shop owner regarding your delivery status. For some orders, you may be able to track progress through your kyaalo account.

30-Day Return Window:
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery if they are in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
How to Initiate a Return:

Return Process & Refunds:
Once the shop owner receives and inspects the returned item, they will process your refund or exchange. Refunds are typically issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval by the shop.
Exceptions:
Please note that some items, such as perishable goods, custom-made products, or personal care items, may not be returnable due to hygiene or safety reasons. Always check the individual shop's policy on the product page or contact the shop owner for clarification before purchasing.
